Maggie Atcher Theatre

 Weekend Fri-Sun (6hr minimum) Hourly   $175
  • $500 deposit is required to secure a date for the theatre

  • 20% not-for-profit discount (Proof of non-profit status is required at time of booking)

 *Cleaning fee will be applied when having two or more performances, or due to excessive clean up post event. Cleaning involves, restocking bathrooms, lobby sweep, theatre sweep, sign removal, etc.

Insurance

Lessee is required to furnish a certificate of insurance (COI) naming the Village of Schaumburg as additional insured in the amounts of $1,000,000 property damage and $1,000,000 liability. Insurance can be purchased through the Village of Schaumburg. Please contact our Rental Coordinator or call 847-923-3606 for further information.

Renters should be familiar with our General Usage Regulations.
